Do you trade names and addresses with other companies?

NEVER - Your details are held only to make processing your order quicker, unless you sign up to our newsletter, you will not receive any mailshots from us

How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

All items are dispatched within 14 days. If items need to be back ordered, you will be given the option to cancel your order if you wish.

All orders shipped by sexmaduk.com can be tracked online. At any point after despatch we can supply you with your unique Royal Mail or Parcel Force tracking code on request.

If an item is unsuitable can I exchange it?

All of our goods come with a 10 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (P&P costs are non refundable).

Our returns conditions are:
1. The goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. The goods must be received back at our office within 10 days from the day you receive your order.
4. PLEASE NOTE : Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

What should I do if an item I receive is faulty?

Simply return it to us stating what is wrong. We will happily exchange it for you.

Will you send me lots of follow-up material?

NO. We do not send any follow-up material via the post, we respect your privacy. Any special offers will be detailed on our site on a regular basis or announced via our monthly newsletter if you have subscribed.

What details will be on my statement?

Bank or card statements do not give any indication of the nature of your purchase from us. We process credit cards in the name of our parent company SMUK, this is what will appear on your statement.

How often do you launch new products?

We are constantly on the look out for new and exciting products that we can offer our customers. When they have been tested and we are thoroughly satisfied with the quality and value for money, we will put them onto our site.

Can I track the progress/status of my order?

YES - Your order confirmation email will contain a hyperlink to your online order tracking screen where you can view the progress/status of your order. Members can also view previous orders when logged in.
